Found a bug? Help us reproduce it.
The easiest route is the app’s Report a bug feature. You can review the report, choose whether to include device details and send it through your email app. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it.
- Describe what you were trying to do.
- List the steps that caused the problem.
- Explain what happened and what you expected.
- Include the app version and phone model if helpful.
Do not send a personal backup, payslip or health details unless there is a clear need and we have agreed how to handle them. Use fictional examples where possible.

About verified bug rewards
New, reproducible bugs may be considered for a reward after review. Minor issues may receive recognition or a short Pro-access reward; moderate issues may qualify for a longer reward; major issues may qualify for up to a year; critical issues may be considered for lifetime access.
These are potential rewards, not guaranteed offers. Eligibility, severity, duplicates, reward availability and any award are reviewed manually. Submitting a report does not automatically unlock paid access. Do not test against other people’s data or systems.
Backups and restoring your records
Before reinstalling or changing phones, use Settings → Privacy and data to save a backup and check that you can find the file. Importing a backup replaces current records; it does not merge two sets of data. Store exported files securely.
Privacy and deletion enquiries
Use the support email for questions about information held by RotaRush Studio. Core records are stored locally, so we cannot retrieve an unsent local backup or inspect your phone’s database remotely. Read the privacy draft ↗ for the current data-handling description.
